Compositore, dopo aver diretto la cappella di Sigismondo III di Polonia, fu maestro di cappella in San Giovanni in Laterano, quindi al Collegium Germanicum in S. Apollinare ed infine in S. Maria Maggiore. Nel 1582 fu ordinato sacerdote. Nato a Napoli verso il 1535, morto a Roma nel 1595.
