The Right Honourable Heneage Earl of Winchelsea, and Anne his Countess; Philip Herbert, Esq; and Mariamne his wife; Edward Herbert, Esq; and Elizabeth his wife; and Mariamne and Francis Herbert, children of the said Edward Herbert and his wife. Francis Mills, Henry Worsley, Charles Worsley, James Tooker, and Richard Robins. Trustees. Defendants.
