A compartment of four pieces, the sill having the mark of Richard Grafton. ? Passed in 1553-54 to Richard Tottell, perhaps by way of Robert Caly. Nothing is known of the border between 1554 and 1607.
Device of a phoenix rising from flames which issue from the mouth of an urn supported on the shoulders of two satyrs. The mottoes: Dela mia morte eterna vita i vivo: Semper eadem. On the vase the initials G. G. F.
Framed device of a fleur-de-lis with In Domino confido. Dotted background. Probably passed to John and Thomas Buck, c. 1626. Probably passed to Roger Daniel alone in 1640.
A shield with the arms of the University of Cambridge. Passed to Thomas and John Buck c. 1626.
