Framed device of a mailed hand upholding a burning sword, with the motto Contrahit avaritia bellum on a scroll entwined about it. All within a frame bearing the monogram of Thomas Creede. Probably passed to Bernard Alsop in 1617.
Device of a griffin seated on a stone (or a book ?), under which is a ball with wings. Probably passed to Bernard Alsop in 1617.
