Abbaye de Bénédictines fondé à Pavilly en 662, puis transférée à Montreuil-sur-Mer en 1032. Fondée par saint Philibert, abbé de Jumièges, sous le vocable de Saint-Pierre, puis sous celui de Sainte-Austreberte, première abbesse morte en 703. Supprimée à la Révolution. - L'abbatiale de Pavilly est devenue église paroissiale, l'abbaye de Montreuil est devenue un collège
Ne pas confondre avec le prieuré de Cisterciennes de Sainte-Austreberte à Saint-Denis-le-Ferment, Eure (1260- 1790)
