Darton et Samuel Clark. - De 1845 à 1862 prend le nom "Darton and Co". - De 1862 à 1866 prend le nom de "Darton and Hodge" avec l'association de John M. Darton et Frederick Hodge. - De 1866 à 1876 reprend le nom "Darton and Co"
