Monastère fondé vers 536, d'abord sous le vocable de Saint-Pierre, érigé en abbaye de Bénédictins en 610 par saint Ouen. L'abbaye fut ravagée par les Normands en 841, restaurée au XIIe siècle. Elle adhéra à Saint-Maur en 1660.
