Klaviermacher; kam 1799 nach Wien und arbeitete beim Klavierbauer Jakob Schelkle, dessen Witwe er 1840 heiratete; gründete dann eine eigene Firma, 1824 kaiserlich königlicher Hof-Klaviermacher; verkaufte sein Geschäft 1842, mit Friedrich Wieck befreundet, Clara Schumann hatte 1838 einen Flügel von Graf als Geschenk erhalten
